Include the app name, app version, Android version, device model and a short description. Redact personal details from any screenshot. Do not attach private contact CSVs, passwords, raw purchase/authentication tokens, payment-card details or reviewer codes.
For account or data deletion, use the deletion-request guidance. This page opens your own email app; it does not submit a form or delete an account automatically.
Local records and sharing
A saved file cannot be read
If MeetThread reports that your saved file needs recovery, preserve app storage. Close and reopen, and contact support if it continues. Do not clear app data or uninstall as a recovery step; that can remove the local information you are trying to recover.
QR, vCard or CSV sharing
Offline contact QR and vCard sharing can be used without a hosting account. Make sure the receiving device supports the selected format. CSV exports include private notes and tags; share only with a destination you trust. Compatibility with receiving apps and devices can vary.
Follow-up reminders
Allow Android notifications if you want alerts and review app/channel permissions. Device battery restrictions can delay reminders. A previously blocked or missed alert is not promised later; the saved follow-up list remains the place to review your schedule.
Privacy and diagnostics
Use Settings to change optional usage Analytics and local diagnostic logging. Retry a failed privacy choice before closing; saved choices can return after restart. Pending reports need a separate explicit Send/Delete decision, and the app does not confirm delivery/deletion of that batch.
A diagnostic switch is not a remote-data-erasure request. Read the privacy policy’s diagnostics section for the distinction.
Purchases and hosted cards
Use the app’s Pro purchase/restore controls for genuine store ownership when configured. Local reviewer access is separate and does not establish a purchase or hosted authorization. Do not send reviewer codes to support.
If a hosted change or account deletion is not confirmed, keep the reported message and check whether you can still sign in. Some hosted information may already be removed. Retry only through the intended account flow, or request help identifying the remaining data. An email request or an unconfirmed app action is not confirmation that the remaining information has been deleted.
